IRELAND (Dublin)
Store Associate (full time, in-store)
Location: Dublin (Grafton Street area)
Contract: 38–40 hours per week
Start: As soon as possible
About the role
You’ll be the face of Grafton Girl in our store—advising customers, keeping the floor looking great, and creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
• Advise customers and offer styling tips
• Operate the till and process returns
• Replenish, price, and merchandise products
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Support deliveries and stock counts
What you bring
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus
• Affinity with women’s fashion and sustainable choices
• Excellent communication (English; Irish/Gaelic is a plus)
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Available on weekends and late-shopping hours

Warehouse Associate (part time)
Location: Greater Dublin (warehouse)

About the role
You’ll support our fulfilment team with picking, packing, and processing returns. You’re accurate and efficient.
Key responsibilities
• Pick orders and prepare shipments
• Receive goods and perform quality checks
• Count stock and update systems
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace
What you bring
• Practical mindset and eye for detail
• Basic PC skills; Shopify/3PL experience is a plus
• Physically able to lift/move boxes
• Flexible during peak periods

POLAND
Content Creator (freelance/part time, remote or Kraków/Warsaw)
Contract: 8–16 hours per week (scalable)

About the role
You’ll create short-form content (Reels/TikTok), product photos, and quick edits for social and ads. You understand what resonates with women 18–45 and can turn brand values into fresh, conversion-minded content.
Key responsibilities
• Plan and produce content (video, photo, Polish copy)
• A/B test hooks and thumbnails
• Quick edits and subtitles
• Collaborate with performance marketing on learnings
What you bring
• Portfolio of social content (Fashion/Beauty is a plus)
• Skilled with smartphone video and basic editing tools (CapCut/PR)
• Knowledge of Polish social trends and platforms
• Independent, deadline-driven, data-aware

Distribution Partner (B2B/3PL) – Poland
Contract: Partnership/Agreement
Location: Central/Southeast Poland (e.g., Łódź/Kielce/Kraków)
About the collaboration
We’re seeking a reliable fulfilment/distribution partner for storage, pick-pack, returns, and scalable shipping to Poland and neighboring markets (eco-bundled delivery, typically 7–14 days).
Desired capabilities
• Storage with basic WMS and Shopify integration (API)
• Experience with DDP/DAP and cross-border parcels
• Quality control and tidy returns handling
• Transparent SLAs, volume pricing, and monthly reporting

In Dublin, yes (customer-facing). In Poland, Polish is required; English is a plus for internal collaboration.
